Description

This coffee’s beautifully creamy body, with notes of milk chocolate and toasted pecan, comes from a careful blend of coffees from multiple fair Trade Organic cooperatives in the southern States of Mexico. All of the small-holder farmers in these co-ops use traditional wet processing methods and dry their coffee individually in the hot tropical sun, adding a distinctive earthiness and taste of place to the final cup.
